Termorens Cleaning Liquid 102 (is Termorens Cleaning Liquid 100 mixed with 75% Hibitor Sterilized Water). Removal of lime, magnetite, oxides (corrosion), humus, salt and other deposits. The product is used in Pipe systems, vacuum systems, heat exchangers or immersion vessels. The product kills bacteria and Legionella in water systems. The product is environmentally friendly and has no effect on other products other than specified. After treatment, the system is rinsed with water until it has returned to its normal pH value and treated surfaces can be painted in the usual way.

The pre-treatment area must be free of oil, grease and the like. Pre-treat with degreaser if necessary.

Drains the cooling / heating system. Termorens Cleaning Liquid 102 is filled undiluted into the system with its own pump. Clean is fastest when heated to about 40-60 degrees. You can also clean with a cold mixture where glycol is mixed in as needed. (this is continuously assessed by our professionals).
When liquid is filled in the system, it circulates with the system’s own pumps. Make sure all valves are open so that the liquid is everywhere. If you only want to clean exchangers, simple heating courses, simple radiators, spirals, capacitors or other things without your own circulation, use a circulation pump.
Time for cleaning depends on how much coating there is in the plant and on the consistency of this. Normally, most plants will have full effect back after only one day. When cleaning individual components, the cleaning process is often only a few hours.
Solid coatings such as lime, rust, etc. are converted into liquid form which is flushed out of the plant after cleaning. Rinse all liquid from the system after cleaning.
When circulating in a closed system, there may be a need for a defoaming product, which can be purchased from us.
The thermal fluid 102 can be used on all types of gaskets, plastics and metals without damaging them. It does not damage gaskets and liners in the system.
