Termorens Cleaning Liquid 103 is specially developed for highly exposed surfaces with corrosion and for cleaning / removing magnetite, oxides. The product is used in pipe systems or dipping vessels. The product is environmentally friendly and has no effect on other products other than specified. After treatment, the system is rinsed, with water until it has regained normal pH value and treated surfaces are painted in the usual way.

The pre-treatment area must be free of oil, grease and the like. Pre-treat with degreaser if necessary.

Termorens Cleaning Liquid 103 is metered into the system with its own pump. Mixing ratio depends on degree of corrosion, calculated 20% to 100% of the plant volume. Clean is fastest when heated to about 40-60 degrees. You can also clean with cold mixture where it is mixed with glycol if needed. Which is continuously assessed by our professionals.
When liquid is mixed in, it circulates with the system’s own pumps or external circulation pump. Make sure all valves are open so that the liquid is everywhere.
Time for cleaning depends on how much corrosion there is in the system. The cleaning process takes from 6 hours to 2 days depending on the degree of corrosion, circulation and temperature. When cleaning individual components, the cleaning process is often only a few hours. Oxides are converted into liquid form which is flushed out of the plant after cleaning.
Rinse all liquid from the system after cleaning.
When circulating in a closed system, there may be a need for a defoaming product, which can be purchased from us.
Termorens Cleaning Liquid 103 can be used on all types of gaskets, plastics and metals without damaging them. It does not damage gaskets and liners in the system.
