Inspection and risk assassment

TermoRens offers free inspection of all types of systems for advice and guidance on both cleaning of heating and cooling systems as well as solutions for Legionella securing in buildings.

Risk assessment / mapping is required by the health government in relation to legionella insurance. TermoRens performs this. The state report contains photo documentation from the building, reveals any blind spots and concludes with a proposal for measures that should be taken in the building. The report also suggests where, how often and how many water samples should be taken. The statereport is posted on our customer network, for which our customers have their own username and password. This is also documentation that all rules have been followed in relation to requirements for Legionella insurance and must be revised every year.
